Designed for applicants who have already started gathering their documents or completing their application and want a detailed review before submission.

I’ll review the application materials covered by your package for completeness, identify missing information or obvious inconsistencies, and provide clear correction notes so you can prepare your final submission.

Everything in the Getting Started package, plus:

  • Review of your completed application

  • Review of supporting documents included in your package

  • Review for missing information

  • Identification of obvious name or date inconsistencies

  • Written correction and follow-up notes

  • Final document checklist before submission

  • One follow-up review after corrections

Tier 3: Full Document Assistance

My most comprehensive level of document-preparation assistance.

This package is designed for clients who want personal guidance from the initial document-gathering stage through final application-package preparation.

Includes:

Everything in the Application & Document Review package, plus:

  • Step-by-step assistance throughout the preparation process

  • Help identifying records that need to be obtained

  • Jamaican birth-certificate request assistance when applicable

  • Help organizing your family-lineage documents

  • Application preparation assistance

  • Multiple document reviews during the preparation process

  • Guidance addressing common document inconsistencies

  • Final application-package review

  • Submission-preparation guidance

  • Personal support throughout the process covered by your package

    Full Document Assistance includes support for one citizenship-by-descent application for one applicant for up to 60 days from the date the intake process begins.

JAMAICAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE REQUEST ASSISTANCE

Need a certified copy of your Jamaican parent’s or family member’s birth certificate?

I can help you navigate the request process through Jamaica’s Registrar General’s Department.

Includes:

  • Review of the birth information you already have

  • Help identifying information needed for the request

  • Assistance completing the online birth certificate request

  • Guidance through the submission process

  • One follow-up if additional information is requested

  • $50 — Standard Birth Certificate Request Assistance: client already knows most of the birth details; I help review the information, complete the request, and guide them through submission.

  • $75 — Birth Record Search Assistance: use this when key details are missing and I need to help clients work through an RGD birth-record search first. RGD has a separate birth-search process, so this genuinely involves more work. Registrar General's Office

  • $100+ — Complex Record Assistance: only for situations involving major discrepancies, late entry of name, corrections, addition of a father’s particulars, or other special record issues. Those are separate RGD processes and can require additional documentation

    Missing important birth information?

    If a birth-record search or additional research is needed before the certificate can be requested, additional service fees may apply. You will be advised of any additional fee before work begins.

Government certificate fees, birth-record search fees, delivery charges, courier fees, and other third-party expenses are separate.

  • Make official citizenship eligibility determinations

  • Guarantee citizenship approval

  • Provide legal advice

  • Provide legal representation

  • Represent clients as an attorney or government official

  • Make decisions on behalf of PICA

  • Issue birth certificates, citizenship certificates, passports, or other government documents

  • Alter government documents

  • Guarantee government processing times

Final citizenship decisions are made by the appropriate Jamaican government authorities.
