A Steady Guide for Your Journey

Hi, I’m Daisy—but to my family and longtime friends, I’ve always been known as Pebbles, or simply Pebs—a delivery room nurse gave me the nickname because I was born with a big head and a full head of hair, just like Pebbles Flintstone…it stuck. My legal name carries a special family legacy. My father named me after my paternal grandmother, Daisy Eulalia Culliton, and growing up, he usually only called me “Daisy” when I was in trouble!

Whether answering to Daisy or Pebbles, I’ve always been someone who loves helping others find their way through unfamiliar situations. My life has always been about strength, individuality, and guiding others, unintentionally. Metaphorically, I have always been deeply drawn to lighthouses. To me, they symbolize safety and a steady, reliable beacon through unfamiliar waters. That is exactly what I want Daisy’s Jamaican Document Assistance to be for my clients.

A Career Built on Precision and Trust

My professional background has taught me the value of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and personal service. For 25 years, I built a rewarding career at Universal Pictures, managing regional territories, coordinating pre-release screenings and supporting theatrical distribution for first-run blockbusters like Jurassic Park, Fast & Furious, E.T., Back to the Future, and Despicable Me. That work required careful coordination, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage important information accurately.

In 2015, I transitioned into healthcare as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, where accuracy and compliance are essential and even the smallest detail can make a difference. Working in a field where accuracy matters, I further sharpened my strict compliance standards, extreme accuracy, and deep empathy for individuals navigating vulnerable moments.

I have also remained involved in my community through volunteer and leadership roles, including neighborhood watch and serving on Burlington County’s 4-H Horse Advisory board.

Across every chapter of my career, one thing has remained consistent:

I am someone who pays attention to the details and enjoys helping others.

Daisy’s Jamaican Document Assistance is an independent document assistance service founded by Daisy Culliton. I assist individuals & families with navigating Jamaican citizenship related processes. Daisy’s Jamaican Document Assistance is not affilitated with any other Jamaican document preparation or assistance companies.

A woman with curly hair, glasses, and hoop earrings sitting at a desk with branded signage for Daisy's Jamaican Document Assistance. She is wearing a pink blazer and looking at the camera. The desk has a laptop, a mug that says 'Big Documents Bigger Opportunities,' a gold pen holder with pens, and stacks of labeled folders. The background shows plants, framed signs with words like People, Documents, Solutions, Opportunities, and a small Jamaican flag.

As a proud member of the Jamaican diaspora, I successfully navigated the complex Jamaican citizenship-by-descent process process for myself. I saw firsthand how confusing that bureaucratic maze can feel—So, I founded Daisy’s Jamaican Document Assistance to give you clear steps, true personal support and honest prices. I don't gatekeep information, and I never hide fees.

I know what it's like to start with questions:

  • What documents do I need?

  • Where do I get them?

  • Did I complete this correctly?

  • Am I missing something?

No matter where you are in your lineage document journey, you don't have to navigate it alone. Let’s step forward together with total peace of mind. I created my service to give other families the kind of organized, affordable assistance I wish everyone had access to.

Clear Steps. Honest Prices. Personal Support.

You work directly with me—not a large call center or anonymous document-processing company. You receive personal administrative assistance based on the service you select.

CLEAR, UPFRONT PRICING

You will know the cost of the service you choose before we begin. My goal is to provide useful assistance at a fair and transparent price.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE

My services are designed to help clients remotely, making assistance accessible regardless of where you live.

OFFICIAL SOURCES

My administrative assistance is based on published information from PICA and other appropriate Jamaican government sources.

My Approach

I do not promise citizenship approval.

I do not make official eligibility decisions.

And I do not provide legal advice.

What I do provide is organized, personal administrative assistance to help make the document-preparation process easier to understand.

Whether you are just beginning, trying to locate a Jamaican family record, or preparing your application materials for submission, I am here to help you understand your next step.

You don’t have to navigate the paperwork alone.
